This connector set( Plug and Socket)comes with factory soldered shielded cable, 30cm long on each side of Plug and Socket side.

To initiate the self-latching system the plug is simply pushed axially into its mating half.
Once firmly latched in place via the internal latches the connection is virtually impossible to break.
No amount of pulling on the cable or any other part of the connector body will release the two parts.
